Asha Karmi Recruitment 2025
The Government of West Bengal is recruiting ASHA workers for various Sub-Health Centres under Krishnanagar Sadar, Tehatta, and Hanskhali blocks in the Nadia district. Applications are invited from local female residents to strengthen healthcare services at the grassroots level. This is an excellent opportunity for women who wish to serve their own community.

Eligibility: Only married, widowed, or legally divorced women can apply.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have appeared in the Madhyamik (10th) or an equivalent examination. Candidates who have passed and those who were unsuccessful but appeared for the exam are both eligible to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications based on their Madhyamik marks only.
Residency: The applicant must be a permanent resident of the specific village/service area where the ASHA vacancy exists.

Salary: ASHA workers receive performance-based honorariums and incentives as per government norms.
